Mieke joined Linklaters in 2021 and is a member of the Dutch corporate M&A practice, specialising in Employment & Incentives and Pensions. After internships with the firm in 2020 (employment) and 2021 (dispute resolution), she now advises leading Dutch and international corporates on their most significant and strategic employment and incentives matters, including workforce changes, restructurings, collective redundancies and works council issues.
In 2026, Mieke was seconded to our Brussels office.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Mieke holds a Bachelor of Laws from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as two Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees from the same university, in company law and in civil law.
She speaks fluent Dutch and English and is a member of the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten) in Amsterdam.
