- Investment company: advising on the planned acquisition of a stake in the French offshore wind park Fécamp from wpd.

- Industrial company: advising on the planned disposal of the infrastructure company of an industrial park, in particular on the structuring of the future media supply.
- Financial holding company: advising on the acquisition of a 22.5% stake in the 288MW offshore wind farm “Butendiek” located in the German North Sea and on the formation of a 50-50 joint venture with a co-investor.
- EDP Renováeis: Advising on the acquisition of 70% of the shares in the solar project developer Kronos Solar.
