Overview

Kevin is a U.S.-qualified associate based in our London office with experience advising corporate and investment bank clients on a variety of transactions, particularly on equity and debt capital markets transactions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. 

Experience

Kevin's experience includes:

• Acting for the issuers and selling shareholders on the IPOs of Dubai Residential REIT on the Dubai Financial Market, OQ Exploration and Production on the Muscat Stock Exchange and Oman India Fertiliser Company on the Muscat Stock Exchange
• Acting for the underwriters on the IPOs of Verisure on Nasdaq Stockholm, CVC Capital Partners on Euronext Amsterdam, ALEC Holdings on the Dubai Financial Market, Spinneys on the Dubai Financial Market and OQ Gas Networks on the Muscat Stock Exchange
• Advising issuers and underwriters on various standalone debt issuances and debt programme establishments, updates and drawdowns, in addition to liability management exercises
