Apart from this, he has a proven track-record in employment and pensions related litigation. - BayernLB: successful representation in pension related class actions including representation before the Federal Labour Court.
- Lanxess: advising on the employment and pensions law aspects of the separation and sale of the worldwide leather chemicals business to TFL Ledertechnik and the disposal of the membrane portfolio to SUEZ.
- Merck: advising on the employment law aspects of the spin-off and disposal of the consumer-health business to Procter & Gamble.
- Boehringer Ingelheim: advising on the business swap with Sanofi.
- BMS: advising on the operational integration of the Celgene operation in Germany including the harmonisation of the terms and conditions of employment as well as pension schemes.
- Advent: advising on all employment and pensions aspects relating to the acquisition of the worldwide Methacrylat business from Evonik.
