Laetitia advises her clients on their intellectual property rights enforcement strategies and notably manages cross-border patent and trademark litigation. She assists clients in various proceedings, including preliminary injunctions, seizures (saisie-contrefaçon), revocation and infringement actions, often in a global context with parallel proceedings in the US and before the EPO, representing clients before French courts and the Unified Patent Court.
Laetitia also assists clients from various industries negotiating contracts related to IP rights (e.g., JV, R&D, co-existence agreements) and advises on projects and corporate deals (acquisitions, carve-outs) where IP is a key asset.
Laetitia is a very active member of the Tech Sector and has extensive experience related to the games industry (notably publishing, merchandizing and ambassador agreements).
Laetitia is a member of several intellectual property associations including AAPI (Association des Avocats en Propriété Intellectuelle), where she is a member of the Bureau, and APEB (Association des Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets).
Laetitia also volunteers for the Barreau des Arts, a non‑profit association affiliated with the Paris Bar that provides free, pro bono legal advice in copyright and related rights to artists and authors in a vulnerable financial situation.
