Work Highlights 

  • Cobepa: advising on its investment in Itineris, a leading provider of advanced software solutions to energy and water utilities.
  • Elia Group: advising on its €2.2bn equity raise (the second largest capital increase ever carried out on Euronext Brussels and the largest since 2009)
  • Hg Capital: advising on its investment in Induver and Clover, two independent corporate insurance brokers in Belgium, to create a new insurance broker platform.
  • Waterland: advising on its investment in X2O, the leading retailer of bathroom furniture in the Benelux.
  • Gimv: advising on its investment in the Spice Factory Group, the market leader in private label dried culinary herbs & spices in the Benelux, from Gilde Equity Management.
  • Nayarit Participation: advising Nayarit Participation, the investment vehicle of one branch of the D'Ieteren family, on the acquisition of a controlling stake in D'Ieteren Group through a partial buy-out of the other reference family shareholder, S.P.D.G. SA.
  • Macquarie Asset Management and Canadian pension fund British Columbia Investment Management Corporation: advising on their recommended final cash offer for Renewi plc, a European pure-play recycling and waste-to-product company which is dual-listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam.
