Luca regularly publishes articles in on employment and pension law matters.
Luca advises on all individual and collective employment law issues, in particular on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions and post-merger-integration and executive matters.
Luca has a specific focus on occupational pensions schemes. In this respect, he advises on the design, implementation and modification of pension schemes as well as concepts for outsourcing and de-risking of pension liabilities.
Luca studied law at the University of Cologne. He continued his education at the Rhein. Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn where he earned his Doctorate of Law.
Luca has been practicing law since 2017. He has been working as a Managing Associate at Linklaters since 2022 and was appointed Counsel in 2026. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked for a renowned international law firm and a leading employment law firm in Germany.
He speaks German and English.
