Saint-Gobain Nordic A/S and Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA: advising on the sale of its ventilation distribution business in the Nordics to Airvance Group, a leading player in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.
Polaris: advising on its majority investment in the Valtus Group, a global leader in executive interim management.
Polaris: advising on its joint investment with Bridgepoint Group in PDSVISION, a global leader in digital engineering.
Unilever PLC and The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V.: advising on the creation, separation and demerger of Unilever's global ice cream business and listings of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. on Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
A global financial services company: advising the underwriters on Verisure plc’s initial public offering and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm, raising approximately €3.6bn in proceeds with an implied market capitalisation of €13.7bn. This was the largest-ever European private equity-backed IPO.

David holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and a B.Sc. with a major in business administration from Lund University.
