Jonas Baumann

Overview

Jonas has specialist experience in German and European data (protection) and IT law. He has particular expertise in data protection aspects of new technologies (such as Artificial Intelligence). He advises clients on data protection matters in compliance projects, M&A transactions as well as during investigations of data protection authorities and disputes with data subjects.

Jonas has been working as an Associate at Linklaters since 2024.
