- Con Moto Consulting Group: advisory services in connection with the sale of its German, Slovak and US consulting business.
- Holcim: Acquisition of Xella, a European market leader in sustainable and innovative walling systems, from US-based private equity investor Lone Star.
Beyond the Office
Fabian has been working as an Associate at Linklaters since 2025. He previously worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at Linklaters.
During his elective stage, he spent three months in Linklaters' Stockholm office.
He is a member of the Munich Bar Association.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Fabian studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Bayreuth and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Moreover, he completed his doctorate at the Universities of Bayreuth and Verona and additional economic studies at the University of Bayreuth.
He speaks German, English Italian and French.
