Overview
Clark Xue is a Senior Associate in the firm’s U.S. Restructuring and Insolvency Group. He regularly represents U.S. and cross-border corporations, secured and unsecured creditors, and funds, advising on all phases of complex restructuring transactions. Clark’s experience spans a wide variety of industries, including chemicals, automotive, real estate, healthcare, financial services, and retail. He has significant experience advising companies and other stakeholders in cross-border restructuring transactions, including situations in Hong Kong, Canada, Brazil, Ireland, Peru, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

- The Hong Kong schemes and Chapter 15 cases of the Yuzhou Group.
- The Hong Kong schemes and Chapter 15 cases of the China Aoyuan Group.

- BVK (Bayerische Versorgungskammer) in its various landmark commercial real estate investments across the U.S., including the TransAmerica Pyramid in San Francisco,

Clark also has experience representing emerging companies in China with respect to listing their shares through an initial public offering in the United States.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Clark was a senior associate in the Corporate Restructuring Group of another large New York law firm, where he advised*:
- Endo Pharmaceuticals on its Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
- William A. Brandt Jr. as Chapter 11 Trustee of CFG Peru Investments Pte. Ltd. (China Fishery Group Limited), a major Peruvian anchovy fishing operation, involving approximately $1.1 billion of debt.
- CFG Investment S.A.C. on its UK Restructuring Plan which successfully restructured over $1.1 billion of debt.
- Constellation Oil Services and its ultimate equity holders in Constellation’s Brazilian in-court restructuring proceeding and concurrent Chapter 15 proceeding in the United States.
- an international offshore drilling company in connection with contingency planning and liability management transactions involving more than $1 billion of debt.
