Marc has specialist experience in German and European data and IT law. He has particular expertise in the European regulation of the data economy (such as data access rights).

Marc joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2026.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Marc studied law at the University of Heidelberg. During his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt, he worked for Baker McKenzie’s office in Munich and a German automotive group.
He speaks German and English.
