Overview

• Kali represents borrowers, lenders, investors, and owners in a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of single-asset and portfolio properties across the multifamily, retail, mixed-use, industrial, and office sectors. Her practice includes advising clients on construction, mortgage, mezzanine, and other complex financing arrangements. Kali also counsels clients on the real estate aspects of corporate and restructuring transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate finance matters.
