Aaron is a managing associate in our London corporate team, with experience acting for a variety of corporate clients in domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance advice.
Work Highlights
Aaron’s recent experiences include:
- Unilever PLC: advising on its €4.5bn sale of the world’s leading tea business to CVC Capital Partners.
- Capita PLC: advising on the sale of its payment services business (Pay360).
- Remgro Limited: advising on its recommended £3.7bn joint cash offer alongside SAS Shipping Agencies Services S.à r.l. for Mediclinic International plc.
- Takeda: advising on the sale and leaseback of its biologics and gene therapy campus and accompanying assets in Orth, Austria.
- Inch Cape: advising the sponsors on their 50:50 joint venture of the Inch Cape offshore wind farm.
Aaron spent a year on secondment to Glencore in Baar, Switzerland between 2024 and 2025.
Education and Qualifications
Aaron holds a Law degree from the University of Glasgow.
