Adrian is a Senior Managing Associate (Luxembourg) in the Luxembourg office.
With extensive experience in banking and capital markets, Adrian Danciu’s expertise includes credit and security taking, syndicated lending, fund financing and restructuring. In capital markets, Adrian specialises in derivatives and securitisations, advising funds, banks and listed entities on regulatory matters.
Experience
- Bormioli Pharma (Triton portfolio company): advising on their €350m High Yield and €65m RCF financing.
- One of the biggest international financial services providers: advising on a €24m financing of a commercial real estate acquisition in Luxembourg.
- A leading global investment firm: advising on the amendment and restatement of a revolving credit agreement in order to convert the existing subscription facility into a cov-lite NAV facility.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Adrian holds a Master’s degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
He is fluent in Romanian, English and French.
Adrian is registered with the Romanian bar.
