Work Highlights 

• Qatar Investment Authority: advising on the acquisition of approximately 9% of RWE AG in the form of a convertible bond.
• Schaeffler: advising on the acquisition of Ewellix Group from an affiliate of Triton Fund V.
• Vodafone: advising on strategic partnership with GIP and KKR for Vantage Towers AG.

Beyond the Office

Alexander is an Associate at Linklaters since 2020.

He provided several months of inhouse advice at McKesson in 2022.
