Alexandra is a U.S. qualified associate based in our London office with experience advising on international equity and debt capital markets transactions and SEC reporting. 

Alexandra’s experience includes advising issuers and underwriters on 144A and Reg S offerings as well as SEC-registered transactions, including equity, debt and rights issuances.

Education and Qualifications

Alexandra holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and studied law at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) (Moscow).

Alexandra is fluent in Russian and English.
