Alexandra specialises in the structuring, formation and distribution of German and international investment funds across the alternative investments spectrum, with particular expertise in real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt and renewable energy. She combines this with deep technical knowledge of insurance regulatory matters and extensive experience in drafting and negotiating market-standard and bespoke investment arrangements for institutional investors. Most recently, Alexandra broadened her commercial insight through a four-month secondment with a leading financial sponsor.
Beyond the Office
Alexandra has been working at Linklaters since 2016 and was promoted to Managing Associate in 2022. Since joining the firm, Alexandra has been actively involved in various pro bono activities, including the drafting of a report on women's rights in collaboration with the association “Penal Reform International”.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Alexandra studied law at the University of Freiburg, where she also earned her doctorate degree with suma cum laude.
She speaks German and English.
