Alice is an associate in the Corporate and M&A group at Linklaters’ Sweden office. Her experience and expertise include advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company law, and private equity transactions.
Experience
During her studies in Uppsala, she volunteered for a witness support organisation at the local court, where she supported witnesses and explained the Swedish court process to them.
Beyond the Office
Alice Ferm holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Uppsala University. She spent one year in Sydney as an exchange student, studying jurisprudence and common law at Sydney Law School and business and sustainability at the University of New South Wales.
