Alina was employed from 2015 to 2018 at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and Porsche Automobil Holding SE as Legal Counsel for Corporate Law and M&A. She joined Linklaters in 2018 and was appointed Counsel in 2024.

Alina is specialized in advising on corporate law in connection with national and international M&A and VC transactions as well as restructurings and advising on general corporate and group law matters.
Alina studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, where she later completed a Master's degree in M&A part time.
She speaks German and English.
