Typical matters include: advising on debt, equity and equity-linked securities issues in the international capital markets; advising on structured products and derivatives transactions, both listed and OTC; and advising corporate trustees and agents. Andrew sat on the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange 2012 – 2015; and he is an adjunct professor in the Law Department, Hong Kong University.
