Education and qualifications
Anna-Katharina is a counsel and Rechtsanwältin based in Frankfurt who has a specialised experience in software implementation projects, outsourcing agreements, computer and software law, e-commerce, and distribution law. Her expertise includes all aspects of data protection law including cross-border data transfers and GDPR implementation projects, She also advises on all types of IT related transactions and projects agreements.
Anna-Katharina has worked with key clients on a wide range of data protection and new technology matters. These include advising:
- Commerzbank AG during the sales process of its ECM business to Société Générale
- an international postal and logistics group on big data
- a leading professional service firm regarding diverse data protection projects
