Anna is an Associate in our Düsseldorf office, specialising in advising clients on complex national and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures as well as stock corporation and group law.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Anna studied law at the University of Münster. She joined the firm in 2022, first as a Research Assistant and later as a Legal Trainee. Anna completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in 2025. During this time, she worked for Linklaters in Düsseldorf and New York City.
She speaks German and English.
