Anna Tamara is an associate in our financial sponsor team, focusing on all forms of downstream work with a specialised experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions.

She joined Linklaters in 2022 and has prior experience having worked at Linklaters from November 2020 to October 2021 as a trainee lawyer in the Corporate M&A and Labour Law department.

Education and Qualifications

Anna Tamara studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg. In addition, she holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Sussex. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Darmstadt.

She speaks German and English.

Anna Tamara was a trainee lawyer at Linklaters, in the Corporate M&A and Employment practice, from November 2020 to February 2021, and from August 2021 to October 2021.
