Anne specialises in complex domestic and international dispute resolution, including litigation, international arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, with a particular focus on competition litigation, post-M&A and corporate disputes.

Experience

Technology company: defending against greenwashing allegations by a German NGO in connection with advertising with CO2 neutrality.
Various multinational corporations: advising on the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, the Empowering Consumers Directive as well as in the context of greenwashing risks.
Company in the chemicals sector: representing in the assertion of D&O liability claims against directors of various subsidiaries.
Audit firm: representing in ad hoc arbitration proceedings in connection with the exclusion of a shareholder.
Industrial company: defending against claims for damages by various customers as a result of damage events in various production facilities.

Beyond the Office

Anne joined Linklaters as an associate in 2023. She is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Anne studied law at the University of Münster. She then worked as legal support at Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in Frankfurt. Anne completed her legal traineeship in Frankfurt and Singapore, working inter alia at Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in Singapore.

She speaks German and English.
