Axelle is a Senior Managing Associate in the Corporate M&A practice of Linklaters Luxembourg, focusing on private equity transactions. She advises private equity sponsors and companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and the implementation of management incentive plans.
She regularly works on cross-border deals involving complex Luxembourg holding and fund structures, often coordinating multi-jurisdictional workstreams and aligning Luxembourg entities with wider transaction and fund architectures. Her experience includes advising on the structuring and financing of infrastructure investments, the creation and operation of joint venture platforms, strategic acquisitions in the financial services sector and the formation of alternative investment funds.
Axelle uses market-leading document automation and AI-assisted tools to streamline the delivery of transactions, helping clients to manage risk efficiently and meet tight deal timetables. She plays an active role in building long-term client relationships, supporting clients across the life cycle of their investments and acting as their day-to-day contact on transactions.
She joined Linklaters Luxembourg in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Managing Associate in 2026. In 2019, she spent nine months on secondment to Apollo Global Management Inc., where she worked alongside the Luxembourg team on corporate and funds matters, gaining first-hand in-house experience of transaction execution, portfolio management and investor expectations, which she brings to her client relationships at the firm.
Axelle holds a Master’s degree in international and European Business Law and a Magistère in European Business Law from the University of Lorraine (France), both obtained in 2016. She spent the 2015–2016 academic year at the University of Manchester (United Kingdom) and obtained the French Bar Professional Qualification (Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat) in Strasbourg in 2018. Axelle is registered to the Luxembourg bar.
