Overview
Benedict specialises in the resolution of international and domestic disputes, including arbitration, state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital contracts, especially in the energy sector and automotive industry.
Beyond the Office
Benedict joined Linklaters in 2017 and was appointed Associate in 2022. He previously trained at Linklaters and worked for various companies in the automotive and technology sectors, among others.
Education and Qualifications
Benedict studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt a. M. and completed a doctorate in law at European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
He speaks German and English.
