Benedict specialises in the resolution of international and domestic disputes, including arbitration, state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. He has broad experience in cybersecurity related liability, mass claims and construction disputes, especially in the IT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
Benedict studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt a. M. and completed a doctorate in law at European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
He speaks German and English.
