Benjamin is a counsel in the Structured Finance Group and advises on a broad range of banking and capital markets finance transactions, with a particular focus on the digital infrastructure sector and data centres, alongside wider infrastructure and utility sectors.
Ben has advised on a significant number of digital infrastructure M&A transactions and financings including of data centre, tower and fibre businesses in the UK and EU – including advising on one of the first European public data centre ABS transactions.
Ben also has significant experience advising UK water, port and gas companies on their multi-source financing platforms and whole business securitisations, encompassing the full spectrum of financing products including bank facilities, bond issuances, private placements and hedging, as well as advising on regulatory issues.
Benjamin completed a 6-month secondment at DigitalBridge in 2025.
