Beth is a Managing Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in London. She has extensive experience advising clients on disputes and regulatory and internal investigations. Beth has worked on a broad range of complex, cross-border and high-profile matters and has extensive experience in the professional services sector.

Beth has made a valuable contribution to the firm’s pro bono work and initiated the firm’s pro bono coordinator roles.

Beth’s recent matters include:

Acting for a global professional services firm on an FRC investigation into misconduct allegations concerning several former employees. The matter culminated in a five-week Tribunal hearing and was included in The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2022.
Conducting a cross-border investigation into alleged tax evasion for a major professional service firm.

Education and Qualifications

Beth has an LLB in Law with European Legal Studies from Kings College London and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Moorgate, London. Beth is also a member of the New York Bar.
