Camille Welfringer’s practice primarily focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

La Banque Postale: advising on the acquisition of La Financière de l’Echiquier.
CACEIS: advising on the creation of a joint venture with BNP Paribas to combine their corporate trust services.
AccorInvest: advising on the operation with Covivio Hotels intended to consolidate the ownership of hotel properties and business assets of certain hotels.
Crédit Agricole Assurances: advising on the sale of La Médicale to Generali and in the sale of a portfolio of death insurance covers.
TotalEnergies: advising in the creation of a joint venture in Luxembourg and Belgium and the sale of its networks to Alimentation Couche Tard in Netherlands and Germany.
Eiffage: advising on the acquisition of Salvia Group GmbH.
Sandsoft: advising on its investment in the Tiny Digital Factory.
Crédit Agricole S.A.: advising on the creation of the joint venture with Banco Santander for custody and asset servicing services.
A new majority shareholder: advising on his investment in the rugby club Brive la Gaillarde.
A French company on one of the first partial demerger governed by the new legal regime.

Camille holds a Master’s degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where she studied law, and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.
