Overview
Catrin is a Managing Associate in the Capital Markets practice in Frankfurt am Main. Catrin has specialised experience in advising investment banks and corporates in relation to equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Catrin's core practice covers debt issuance programmes, standalone bond issuances, hybrid bonds, and regulatory capital instruments for banks and insurance companies as well as equity-linked transactions. She also advises clients on sustainable finance and liability management transactions.
Catrin joined Linklaters in 2022 and spent part of 2024 with the Equity and Debt Capital Markets team in the firm's London office. She was promoted to Managing Associate in 2026.

- Deutsche Börse: advising on the issuance of € 600mn Convertible Bonds convertible into no-par value ordinary registered shares of Deutsche Börse AG.
- TenneT: advising on the issuance of €3.5bn EuGB Bonds.
- Vonovia: advising on the issuance of € 850mn Convertible Bonds convertible into no-par value ordinary registered shares of Vonovia SE.
- Rheinmetall: advising on the issuance of €500m Bonds.
- TenneT: advising on the update of the €35bn Debt Issuance Programme.
- Amprion: advising on the issuance of €1bn Green Subordinated Bonds.
- AIXTRON: advising on the inaugural issuance of €450m Convertible Bonds.
