Clement is a managing associate based in the London Corporate team. He is dual qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales and spent four years in the firm’s Hong Kong office before relocating to the London office.

Clement has been involved in private and public mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO investments, initial public offerings, and other fund raising and corporate restructuring exercises.

His recent experience includes advising:

  • Petrofac Limited: in relation to its balance sheet restructuring and equity capital raise
  • DHL Supply Chain: in relation to its acquisition of a controlling interest in an e-fulfilment solutions company
  • A sovereign wealth fund: in relation to its divestment in a high-end shopping mall in Turkiye
  • Alpha Group International plc: on its step-up from AIM to the LSE Main Market
  • A leading UK workplace pension provider: in relation to its strategic corporate restructuring
  • Cerberus: in relation to its sale of Worldwide Flight Services to SATS for €2.25 billion
  • The Institutional Sellers: in relation to the sale of Innovation Group to Allianz 
  • A consortium comprising the founders of Razer Inc. and CVC Capital Partners: in relation to the US$1.38 billion management buyout and take private of Razer 
  • BentallGreenOak: on its disposal of a self-storage business by way of auction sale  
  • The Bank of East Asia: on the sale of its life insurance unit, BEA Life, to AIA for HK$5.07 billion
