Colin advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advice on workforce changes, restructurings, staff reductions and questions of works constitution law.

- Allianz Direct: advising on the cross-border merger of iptiQ's digital European property and casualty insurance business.
- Audi AG: advising on strategic partnership with UST regarding Italdesign.
- Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale/TARGO Deutschland Finanzholding Gruppe: advising on (i) the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Oldenburgische Landesbank (OLB) and (ii) the completion of the acquisition of Oldenburgische Landesbank (OLB).
- Nuent Group: advising on the acquisition of multi-com GmbH & Co. KG.
- Solvd Group: advising on strategic partnership with HDI Insurance.
- Uniper: Advising on the sale of the Datteln 4 coal-fired power plant.
- Vodafone: advising on the acqusition of Skaylink.
Beyond the Office
Colin has been practicing law at Linklaters since 2024.
Education and Qualifications
Colin studied law at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden and at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Champaign, USA. He also completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Master of Arts in Business for Legal Professionals (M.A.) and his Doctorate of Law.
He speaks German and English.
