Experience

Cyril joined the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice of Linklaters in 2017. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked for a tier one French law firm where he gained valuable experience on a wide range of contentious and transactional matters.

Since 2015, Cyril has been a lecturer in private international law at Paris-Saclay University. He also serves on the organising committee of the Moot Court on Private International Law (Paris-Saclay University and Linklaters).

Beyond the Office

Cyril holds a Master's in Private International Law and International Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Paris-Saclay. In addition to his studies in France, he spent a year as an exchange student at the University of Texas at El Paso (College of Liberal Arts).

Cyril has won several awards, including the Rayonnement International award (Paris and International Bar Associations) for his co-authored article “Disclosing evidence in Cross-Border Litigation: How to Deal with French Rules?”.

Cyril is fluent in French and English.

 

Thought Leadership

Cyril has authored several articles, including “The Creditor's Strategy During the Health Crisis”, published in La Semaine Juridique Edition Générale, in 2020.

He has given presentations at conferences dealing with various law topics, including “Litigations Related to Warranties and Representations”, presented during the 2020 Linklaters Learning Hub.
