Daniel has studied law at the University of Osnabrück and the University of Münster.
He received his doctorate from the University of Münster on a topic of insolvency law. He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in "Medical Law" and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration at the University of Muenster.
He speaks German and English.
