Danièle joined Linklaters Luxembourg’s Tax practice in 2009.
She advises both domestic and multinational clients on tax efficient structurings of private equity transactions and corporate restructurings, bonds issues and syndicated loan agreements as well as on the set-up of and operation of joint ventures or collective investment vehicles. Whereas Danièle’s main area of focus is corporate income tax, she also has considerable experience in VAT-related matters.
