David is a managing associate in our corporate M&A team, focusing on complex private M&A transactions, public takeovers and private equity deals. He acts for large Dutch and international corporates, financial institutions and investors on strategic transactions, group reorganisations and advises on ongoing corporate governance matters. David joined Linklaters in 2019 and was seconded to our Milan office in 2024.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
David holds a Bachelor of Laws from VU Amsterdam, and obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M) in corporate law from the same university.
He is fluent in Dutch and English and is admitted to the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten) in Amsterdam.
