David has specialised experience in the structuring, launch and distribution of investment funds as well as other investment products in Germany and abroad in the field of alternative investments, in particular real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt and renewable energies.
He also advises institutional investors on their investments in investment funds.
David joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2023.
Education and Qualifications
David studied law at the University of Passau. He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) program with a specialization in "Transborder Commercial Law" at the Rīga Graduate School of Law.
He speaks German and English.
