Overview

Ettore has extensive experience in corporate and structured lending, real estate finance, restructuring and turnaround procedures and debtor-in-possession financing, both in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions. Ettore also regularly advises international and domestic funds and banks in relation to acquisition/disposal of NPL concentrated portfolios and single names.

Ettore is recognised in the Italian market as one of the leading lawyers in the banking and R&I fields and is ranked in the major legal directories, including Chambers and Legal500.

Education and Qualifications

Ettore studied law at the University LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, and holds a PhD in market governance, courts and judicial review from the University Tor Vergata Rome.
