Overview
Fabio is a counsel in the Milan tax department. He joined Linklaters only recently in mid-January 2020.
Fabio regularly advises on Italian tax aspects of M&A and private equity deals following all Italian tax aspects including tax due diligence, structure memorandum, negotiation of tax clauses of transaction and finance documents and assistance in post-closing reorganisations.
Fabio also advises on the Italian tax aspects of real estate, financing and refinancing transactions including management incentive plans, tax audits and tax litigation.
Beyond the Office
Before joining Linklaters Fabio was responsible of the tax department in the Milan office of an international law firm.
Fabio is a member of tax committee of Assoimmobiliare, the Italian national association of real estate operators, which aims to lobby for tax incentives in the real estate sector. He is also a speaker at the tax conferences sponsored by Assoimmobiliare.
Education and Qualifications
Fabio graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University. He qualifies as “dottore commercialista” and “revisore legale”.
