  • BlackRock: advising on the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in Mainova WebHouse, that focuses on designing, building, and operating sustainable data centers in and around Frankfurt.
  • CBRE Investment Management:
  • advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,350 residential units in Germany from Vonovia for €560m, on the acquisition of the quarter "Bricks Berlin" in the Schöneberg district of Berlin, the prime location office buildings "Pontishaus" in Munich and "Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz" in Berlin, the mixed-use property "Residenz am deutschen Theater" in Berlin and other acquisitions.
  • ongoing advice on the asset management of the commercial properties "Hanseviertel" in Hamburg (retail, hospitality, office) and "stilwerk" in Berlin (retail, office).
  • CloudHQ: advising in connection with the development of data centres in Frankfurt and Europe.
  • DigitalBridge: advising on the recent acquisition of Yondr Group, a global developer and operator of data centers.
  • GARBE: advising on the acquisition of the seed portfolio for over €1bn for its newly launched pan-European logistics fund.
  • Huazhu Group: advising on the acquisition of Steigenberger/Deutsche Hospitality Group with more than 170 hotels and five brands.
  • a consortium (among others Universal-Investment and E.ON): advising on the acquisition and the financing of the office building “Heinrich Campus” in Düsseldorf.
  • Mediclin: advising as trustee on the agreement with PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft for the OIK fund MediClin's early renewal of leases for 20 clinics and on an addendum for a further clinic for more than €387m.
  • Tishman Speyer: advising on the letting of the highrise buildings “TaunusTurm” and "OMNITURM" in Frankfurt.

Professional experience

Falk joined Linklaters in 2019, and was promoted to Managing Associate in 2024. He is based in Munich.

Falk was seconded to the Linklaters Brussels office as part of the “One Europe Seat” program in 2024.

Education and qualifications

Falk studied law at the Universities of Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany) and Dublin (Ireland). During his legal training he, inter alia, completed stages at the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) in Nürnberg. He is also a trained business mediator.

Falk completed his part-time doctorate from 2020 to 2023 at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg.

He speaks German and English.
