- BlackRock: advising on the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in Mainova WebHouse, that focuses on designing, building, and operating sustainable data centers in and around Frankfurt.
- CBRE Investment Management:
- advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,350 residential units in Germany from Vonovia for €560m, on the acquisition of the quarter "Bricks Berlin" in the Schöneberg district of Berlin, the prime location office buildings "Pontishaus" in Munich and "Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz" in Berlin, the mixed-use property "Residenz am deutschen Theater" in Berlin and other acquisitions.
- ongoing advice on the asset management of the commercial properties "Hanseviertel" in Hamburg (retail, hospitality, office) and "stilwerk" in Berlin (retail, office).
- David Lloyd Leisure: advising on the acquisition of the Meridian Spa & Fitness Group.
- GARBE: advising on the acquisition of the seed portfolio for over €1bn for its newly launched pan-European logistics fund.
- Huazhu Group: advising on the acquisition of Steigenberger/Deutsche Hospitality Group with more than 170 hotels and five brands.
- a consortium (among others Universal-Investment and E.ON): advising on the acquisition and the financing of the office building “Heinrich Campus” in Düsseldorf.
- Mediclin: advising as trustee on the agreement with PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft for the OIK fund MediClin's early renewal of leases for 20 clinics and on an addendum for a further clinic for more than €387m.
- Quantum: advising on the acquisition of a residential property in Wiesbaden from European Value Partners Arles.
- Tishman Speyer: advising on the letting of the high-rise buildings “TaunusTurm” and "OMNITURM" in Frankfurt.
- Vantage Data Centres/Digital Colony Partners: advising on the acquisition of "Etix Everywhere", a European company offering a global network of colocation data centres.
