Fionna is a Managing Associate in the Corporate M&A team in London. She advises clients on UK public takeovers and strategic M&A, with a particular focus on complex US-UK and cross-border transactions.
Fionna has particular expertise on UK Takeover Code transactions, representing bidders, targets and other stakeholders on deals ranging from recommended, hostile to distressed, cash to securities exchange and schemes to contractual offers.
She also has a broad range of experience on private M&A, shareholder activism, joint ventures and corporate governance for listed companies.
