Harrie is an associate in the Linklaters’ Corporate/M&A team in New York. She has experience representing clients on a variety of cross-border corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, as well as on general entity formation and corporate governance.Education and Qualifications
Harrie holds a B.A. in political science from Emory University, an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and a Master of Intellectual Property from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Harrie is fluent in Korean.
