Imogen Yates

Overview

Imogen is a Managing Associate in our Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations team based in London.
Before joining Linklaters in 2022, Imogen worked at Allens in Sydney where she worked across high-profile, multi-jurisdictional inquiries and contentious regulatory matters.

Prior to her admission to legal practice, she also spent one year as Tipstaff to judges in both the New South Wales Supreme Court (Equity Division) and the Court of Appeal.

In recent years since joining Linklaters, Imogen’s practice has focused on defending competition class action proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. 
 

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Imogen holds a Bachelor of Arts (French) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sydney. She was admitted to legal practice in New South Wales in February 2018. She was also admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in June 2025.
