Jane is a highly experienced knowledge lawyer specialising in commercial litigation, business crime and investigations. She develops and delivers knowhow and training for external clients as well as Linklaters’ global Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice, ensuring the team is always on top of the latest legal developments and changes in practice. She has a particular interest in business crime and sanctions and writes many of our client alerts and commentary on these topics. She also acts as in-house technical expert on commercial litigation issues, with a particular focus on alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Jane edits a number of Linklaters’ flagship publications, including the global guides to anti-bribery and corruption law and enforcement, corporate criminal liability, privilege and commercial mediation. She regularly contributes to Linklaters’ blog on business crime matters and presents podcasts relating to investigations and commercial litigation.
Jane is a member of the Association of Litigation Professional Support Lawyers (ALPS) and co-founded the Business Crime and Investigations PSL Group, bringing together knowledge lawyers with an interest in business crime. Jane is also an active member of Soroptimist International, a global women’s organisation with consultative status at the UN working to educate, empower and enable women and girls worldwide.
