Education and qualifications
Since joining Linklaters in March 2018, Jemma has acted for:
- a major UK retail bank on an FCA enforcement investigation into mortgage arrears handling;
- a FTSE 250 company on SFO, DOJ and FCA investigations in relation to concerns of bribery and corruption; and
- an international fund on regulatory risk arising out of non-financial misconduct.
Jemma has also been involved in Brexit-related advisory work for a number of the firm’s financial institution clients.
