Jenn studied law at University College London and speaks English and Cantonese.
Jenn is a Counsel in London’s derivatives and structured products practice. Her extensive experience in the capital markets spans a wide range of highly structured finance transactions, including complex note repackagings, credit-linked products, ETCs and other bespoke SPV-based structures linked to a variety of asset classes and on different programme platforms.
She has particular interest, and specialises, in carbon-linked structures - from carbon custody arrangements to carbon-backed structured finance transactions to advising on the set-up of carbon trading capability. She was also part of the drafting counsel team to ISDA on the Sustainability-linked Derivatives Clause Library.
During her life at Linklaters, Jenn has also spent time on client secondments in London.
