Overview

I am an experienced finance, corporate and commercial lawyer with legal knowledge management and change management expertise. In my role as global Tech Sector and Fintech Counsel Knowledge Lawyer, I focus on legal developments relevant to the technology sector. This includes digital transformation in all sectors and across key practice areas and regions, with a special focus on fintech. 

I support our full-service tech sector and fintech offering through coordinating and implementing the build out of our cross-practice tech sector and fintech knowledge and learning capability on a firm wide basis. I also develop knowledge and learning strategy, thought leadership and other content for the sector and have editorial oversight of our client facing blogs.

I follow developments with respect to the complex matrix of regulation in the global digital economy, with a particular focus on crypto and digital assets, artificial intelligence in financial services, video gaming and the metaverse. 

In my 20 plus years of legal experience, I have practiced in London, Amsterdam, Dubai and Singapore.
