I am an experienced tech focused knowledge lawyer with legal knowledge management and change management expertise. I focus on cross-practice legal developments relevant to the tech sector and digital transformation across key sectors, including the digitalisation of financial infrastructure.
I support our full-service tech sector offering through tech sector and fintech knowledge and learning on a firm-wide basis. As a sector legal SME, I also develop strategy, thought leadership and support business development, pitching and client relationship management with tech trend analysis and regulatory horizon scanning, including regional comparative analysis.
I follow developments in tech investment and funding, investigations and disputes, and with respect to the complex matrix of regulation in the global digital economy, with a particular focus on fintech and payments, AI in financial services, and video gaming.
In my 25 years as a lawyer I have practiced in London, Amsterdam, Dubai and Singapore.
