Overview
Jérémy joined the Corporate and Finance group at Linklaters in Brussels in 2015. He specializes in both domestic and international M&A transactions, private equity, equity offerings, and the design and implementation of incentive schemes. He also regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on corporate and financial law matters.

- Richemont, in the framework of the acquisition of Delvaux, the renowned Belgian luxury leather goods Maison
- Proximus, in the framework of the acquisition of the full ownership of Belgacom International Carrier Services
- RTL group, in the framework of the sale of RTL Belgium to DPG Media and Groupe Rossel
- Sofina, in the framework of its investments in Biobest
- Cofra Holding, in the framework of the reorganisation of the group structure
