John is a managing associate in the M&A (Private Equity) team in London and regularly works with private equity firms and other financial sponsors on domestic and cross-border M&A, co-investments, disposals, carve-outs, management investment plans and general corporate advisory matters.

• Goldman Sachs Asset Management on its €200m preferred equity investment in Constructel, one of the largest providers of telecommunications services in Portugal and France
• Goldman Sachs Asset Management on its acquisition of Adler & Allan, a leading UK provider of environmental risk reductions services.
• Goldman Sachs Asset Management on its acquisition of Treysta
• Rhône Capital on its acquisition and combination of DHG and Invacare, two global players in the healthcare and mobility sector
• DigitalBridge on its acquisition of Yondr Group
• Ardian on the acquisition of Verne, a leading UK data centre platform
• Ardian on the acquisition of Míla ehf, Iceland’s largest telecoms infrastructure company
• Equitix on its 20% acquisition of Viridor Energy

Education and Qualifications

John holds a Law degree from King’s College London. John also has an MsC in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law.
